Recipe Pistachio rolls of of 28-11-2013 [Updated on 07-06-2016]
The recipe for pistachio rolls dates back to last winter, I prepared it for a dinner during the carnival period because the chopped pistachio pieces seemed to me like little confetti. I then decided to put these rolls in the book as a second course to be included in the carnival menu and from there a video recipe was also born, a half slaughterhouse in short;) I really like this recipe, it is simple to make, it is colorful and the carn it is tender and tasty, try it and let me know. How to make Pistachio rolls
Peel the pistachios and chop coarsely
With the help of a meat tenderizer, beat the slices of meat on a cutting board
then cover them with a slice of ham each and sprinkle the chopped pistachios, grated Parmesan, salt and pepper
Roll up like a roll
Cut each roll in half
pass it into the remaining chopped pistachios, making the breading adhere well
then block with two toothpicks placed crosswise at both ends
Heat a little oil in a pan, place the rolls and brown them all over the surface
Deglaze with the white wine, then add a cup of water to the pan, cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
Serve hot, napping them with the cooking juices
