How to make ice cream cake
Put the softened ice cream in a bowl with the sugar and mix.
Then add the self-raising flour or alternatively, the flour and two teaspoons of baking powder
Then pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 40 minutes in a preheated static oven at 180 ° C.
Allow to cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve
