Dessert tart with yogurt filling and strips of dough

In a bowl sift the flour and mix with the yeast. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes, then add the egg, salt, sugar and vinegar.

Put the butter and milk on the fire in a saucepan, mix until all the butter melts and pour into the flour bowl. Knead the dough until it is removed from the walls of the bowl (if it is not removed from the hands, add a little more oil). A ball is formed from it. Cover the bowl with foil, then a towel, and place in a warm place.

After it has risen, the crust is placed on the work table greased with oil, it is divided in two, and one part is spread with the twister. Put it in a tart pan greased with butter and prick it from place to place with a fork.

Turn on the oven to heat.

In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the filling (yogurt, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, raisins and semolina) and pour over the dough in the pan.

Spread the other part of the dough and cut into strips, which are placed randomly over the filling. Bring the dough from the edges to the center of the tart. Grease the dough with a yolk with a brush. Place the tray in the oven until the top and filling are cooked.
